I went to this business to have my hair done. I wanted to have a dark brown color. I noticed when they were applying the first coating to my hair that my hair stylist appeared to have no idea what she was doing. When they finished my hair job, I did not have them dry it because I was late for work. They charged me 120 dollars. I went to work where a lot of my co-workers made comments on it. They said it looked really awful. Eventually my hair turned orange and red. I was so embarrassed, so I called them and told them very nicely it didn't look like my hair came out really well. I went back there and they agreed that my hair did not come out the way it was supposed to because it was so black. How in the world would I know that? They should have known that especially because they are "hair experts". I thought they would fix it for free since it did not come out right. They charged me 55 more dollars to put another stupid color in my hair. When I arrived home my hair was back to normal. I lost my money and my time. I am very not happy!
