POLICIES We understand that schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully require you give 48 hours notice for any cancellations / reschedules. If you cancel/reschedule less than 48 hours before your next appointment , you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service in order to reserve another appointment. Same day cancellations/reschedules and no shows will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled service in order to reserve another appointment. * In the event of an emergency, our policy will looked at on a case by case basis. RESCHEDULING & CANCELATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN OUR BUSINESS HOURS. Cancellations/Reschedules made after 8pm or on Sunday will be deemed to have been received the next business day.
