Hair Design by Kelly was established in 2001 in Westwood, New Jersey. As a new mom, the business allowed for me to be a stay at home mom while also supporting a growing family. Throughout the years, my philosophy has always been to seek inspiration from a person’s inner and outer beauty. In today’s environment, our family’s goal is to nurture a unique experience for clients.
