My name is Kara Brown. I specialize in cutting and coloring hair. I have been a licensed cosmetologist for 12 years, have owned a salon and have had extensive training in cutting and coloring techniques. I am located in a mini salon suite, inside of Phenix Salon Suites in Southpark Meadows. Austin, Texas. Hair is my passion, I love creating custom colors and making my clients feel great about themselves after leaving the salon.
